  • 1.Introduction

    Welcome to SWEAT. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SWEAT’s services, website, mobile booking platform, studio facilities, and participation in all classes and events operated by SWEAT (“Studio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a package or membership, attending the studio, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. SWEAT reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective upon publication on our website or booking platform.

  • 2.Health & Medical Responsibility

    Participation in indoor cycling, sculpt, strength, and hybrid fitness classes involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks.

    By attending classes at SWEAT, you confirm that:

    • 2.1You are physically fit to participate;
    • 2.2you have consulted a physician where appropriate;
    • 2.3you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation;
    • 2.4you will immediately stop exercising if you feel unwell, dizzy, faint, or experience discomfort.

    Pregnant participants or individuals with injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns are strongly encouraged to seek medical advice prior to participation.

    Hydration is essential, particularly in the Cayman Islands climate. Participants are encouraged to drink water before, during, and after class.

  • 3Bike & Equipment Safety

    Participants are responsible for ensuring their bike and equipment are properly adjusted before class begins, including:

    • 3.1seat height;
    • 3.2handlebar positioning;
    • 3.3resistance settings;
    • 3.3cycling shoe security;
    • 3.3brake functionality.

    SWEAT instructors are available to assist with bike setup; however, participants remain solely responsible for confirming that all equipment adjustments are appropriate and safe.

  • 4Class Reservations & Waitlists

    Class reservations may be made through SWEAT’s website or booking platform.

    If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, clients may automatically be added to the class and notified via email or app notification.

    It is the client’s responsibility to manage and remove themselves from waitlists if they no longer wish to attend. Standard cancellation policies apply to waitlisted reservations once confirmed.

  • 5Cancellation Policy

    Clients may cancel a reservation without penalty up to:

    • 5.112 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

    Late cancellations made within the 12-hour window will result in:

    • 5.2forfeiture of the class credit; or
    • 5.3a late cancellation fee for unlimited membership holders.
  • 6Late Arrival & No Show Policy

    To preserve the class experience and ensure safety:

    • 6.1clients must arrive prior to class commencement;
    • 6.2bikes/spaces may be released to waitlisted clients shortly before class begins;
    • 6.3participants arriving after the designated late-entry cutoff may not be permitted entry.

    No-shows and late arrivals may result in:

    • 6.4loss of class credit; or
    • 6.5an applicable no-show fee.
  • 7Packages & Memberships

    All packages, memberships, and promotional offers:

    • 7.1are non-transferable;
    • 7.2may not be shared;
    • 7.1are non-refundable except where required by law or approved at SWEAT’s sole discretion.

    Package expiration dates are strictly enforced unless otherwise stated in writing. Promotional or discounted packages may carry additional restrictions and may not be extended, paused, or transferred.

  • 8Membership Freezes

    Membership freezes may be permitted at SWEAT’s discretion for medical, travel, or exceptional circumstances. Freeze requests:

    • 8.1must be submitted in advance;
    • 8.2may be limited in duration and frequency;
    • 8.3do not guarantee extension approval.

    SWEAT reserves the right to approve or deny freeze requests.

  • 9Payments & Credit Cards

    By purchasing classes, memberships, merchandise, or services, you authorize SWEAT to charge your nominated payment method for:

    • 9.1class packages;
    • 9.2memberships;
    • 9.3retail purchases;
    • 9.4cancellation fees;
    • 9.5no-show fees;
    • 9.6any outstanding balances.

    Clients are responsible for maintaining valid payment details on file.

  • 10Studio Conduct

    SWEAT is committed to maintaining a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

    We reserve the right to refuse entry, suspend accounts, or remove any individual engaging in:

    • 10.1abusive behaviour;
    • 10.2harassment;
    • 10.3disruptive conduct;
    • 10.4unsafe actions;
    • 10.5damage to studio property.
  • 11Personal Belongings

    Clients are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

    SWEAT is not liable for any:

    • 11.1lost;
    • 11.2stolen;
    • 11.3damaged; or
    • 11.4misplaced items.
  • 12Personal Belongings

    By attending SWEAT classes or entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept that participation in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:

    • 12.1muscle strain;
    • 12.2falls;
    • 12.3dehydration;
    • 12.4cardiovascular complications;
    • 12.5injury; and
    • 12.6in rare cases, serious injury or death.

    To the fullest extent permitted by Cayman Islands law, you voluntarily release and discharge SWEAT, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in studio activities or use of studio facilities.

  • 13Illness & Communicable Diseases

    You agree not to attend classes if experiencing symptoms of illness, fever, or contagious conditions. Participation in public fitness environments may increase exposure to communicable illnesses, and SWEAT cannot guarantee prevention of exposure.

  • 14Photography & Media Release

    SWEAT may photograph or record classes, events, or studio activities for promotional and marketing purposes.

    By attending the studio, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in:

    • 14.1social media content;
    • 14.2marketing materials;
    • 14.3advertisements;
    • 14.4website content.

    If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify studio staff in writing prior to class.

  • 15Privacy

    SWEAT respects your privacy and will take reasonable measures to safeguard personal information provided through our website or booking platform.

    Personal information will not be sold to third parties and will only be used for:

    • 15.1operational purposes;
    • 15.2class bookings;
    • 15.3communications;
    • 15.4marketing updates; and
    • 15.5legal or regulatory compliance where required.
  • 16Intellectual Property

    All SWEAT branding, logos, content, graphics, photographs, and website materials are the intellectual property of SWEAT and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • 17Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes arising in connection with SWEAT, its services, or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.
